How to control cookies

Data Collection

Why we collect error reports?

Error reports are used to fix issues that occur when users work with our products. They help us find the cause of the problem and fix it faster. The error report data is used for bug fixing only. It is NOT used for marketing purposes.

How data is sent and stored

The data is sent to a database. What data is sent is described below in the section What data is collected?. The received error reports are stored on a server with limited access.

Limited access means only Ganescha Labs employees are able to look up those database entries. Passwords and tokens are encrypted with a secure encryption algorithm which is provided by open source software. Also, there is no way to decrypt passwords into human readable formats.

What data is collected?

To fix reported issues, we need information about what our application was doing when the problem occurred. The data which is collected by the Error Reporting code is listed below. Note that the error report data may include personal or confidential information. For example, the user agent may include your browser name. We do NOT have a functionality to reconstruct or track a specific user.

Testing Phase

We are giving away 14 (fourteen) Days (in special cases more than 14 (fourteen) days) test phases. If you are doing a test phase you are allowed to the same things as a paying customer, except for 2 (two) clauses.

Update Emails

We are sending emails to all customers with updates about the functionality, security update or server changes. During the test phase you are NOT allowed to unsubscribe these emails. We guarantee that during a 14 (fourteen) Days test phase there will be a maximum of 3 (three) emails.

The "You Decide" feature comes with following clauses.

Because the wished function has to be integrated into our work flow, we can NOT guarantee a release date. We keep the right to decline every function wish!

Third Party Policies

You also have to accept all policies by our third party partners

Using the following services, already closes a contractual relationship between your company and the following third party services. Example, your company has a facebook page, thereby your company already closes a contractual relationship witch facebook.

How we use your Google Data

Depending on which services your Google Account is using and for which of them you are giving Ganescha permissions, your Google Data will be used as follows under the assumption that you are using all of the Google Services supported by Ganescha and giving Ganescha all requested permissions.

Interventions by third parties

We give NO warranty, service or help for browser plugins (addons, expansions), scripts, injected console code* or other changes by third parties.

Includes every kind of programming code via the browser console or any other software.

Using Ganescha and Age Restriction

You may use our Products only if you can form a binding contract with Ganescha Labs GmbH, and only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. When you create your Ganescha account, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. Any use or access by anyone under the age of eighteen (18) is prohibited. If you open an account on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then (a) "you" includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are authorized to grant all permissions and licenses provided in these Terms and bind the entity to these Terms, and that you agree to these Terms on the entity's behalf.

Account Condition

Services are NOT provided for accounts which are, banned, suspended, restricted or modified any way in any Social Media Network.

Payments and Cancellations

Paid Subscriptions can be purchased either by (1) paying a monthly subscription fee; or (2) pre-payment giving you access to the Ganescha Service for a specific time period (“Pre-Paid Period”).

When you register for a Paid Subscription, Trial, or Code, you consent to get access to Ganescha Services immediately.

If you reside in Austria or Germany and register for a Paid Subscription or a Voucher, you may change your mind for any or no reason and receive a full refund of all monies paid within fourteen (14) days.

Right of Rescission

Refunds will NOT, however, be provided if you have accessed Ganescha at any time during the fourteen (14) day trial. Right of Rescission starts fourteen (14) days after the day of the conclusion of contract.

To make your Right of Rescission legal you have to inform us (Ganescha Labs GmbH, Fürbergstraße 32, Salzburg 5020, Österreich, E-Mail: info@ganeschalabs.at) with an unambiguous explanation via Mail or E-Mail about your decision.

Result of Rescission

If you are using your Right of Rescission. We have to refund you all of your payments in the next thirty one (31) days. Starting at the day we get your contract of Rescission.

For this refund we are using the same instrument of payment, that you have used at the original transaction. We do not charge any fees for refunding.

Unless your Paid Subscription has been purchased as a Pre-Paid Period, your payment to Ganescha Labs GmbH (or to a third party through whom you purchased the Paid Subscription, such as a telephone company) will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period, unless you cancel your Paid Subscription through your subscription page before the end of the current subscription period.

The cancellation will take effect the day after the last day of the current subscription period, and your Data will be deleted.

Price Changes

Ganescha Labs GmbH may change the price for the paid Subscriptions, pre-paid period (for periods NOT yet paid for), we will communicate any price changes to you in advance and, if applicable, how to accept those changes. Price changes for paid Subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. As permitted by local law, you accept the new price by continuing to use the Ganescha Service after the price change takes effect. If you do NOT agree with the price changes, you have the right to reject the change by unsubscribing from the Ganescha Service prior to the price change going into effect. Please therefore make sure you read any such notification of price changes carefully.

Changing the Terms of Use

We may amend this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it. If the revised version includes a Substantial Change, we will provide you with 30 (thirty) Days prior notice of any Substantial Change by posting a notice on the "Policy Updates" page of our website. All future changes set out in the Policy Update already published on the "Terms of Use" page of the Ganescha Labs website(s) and services at the time you register for the Ganescha Labs GmbH Services are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and will take effect as specified in that Policy Update.

Rules of Conduct

Be mindful about how you use our services. If you are breaking laws, being obscene, or abusing our infrastructure, we have the right to stop you from doing these things. You must also notify Ganescha Labs GmbH before registering multiple accounts with the same billing address to prevent being flagged for abuse. You're also responsible for the acts of others utilizing your access to our services, as we have NO way of distinguishing your actions from the actions of your sub-users. Be careful who you give your information to - it's to protect both us and you!

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

In case of a non On Premise solution we can only provides as much uptime as our hoster. Currently we are using Digital Ocean INC. as our main hosting service. There is NO refund for data loss neither form our hoster nor from us! Because our product has NOT been in productional use for a year, we can NOT provide any Service Level Agreements (SLA) at the time. Of course, we will hand them in later as soon as possible.


We provide the Ganescha Services on an “As Is”, “with all faults” and “As Available” basis, WITHOUT any warranties of any kind, including any implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanlike effort, non-infringement, or any other warranty - all to the fullest extent permitted by law. We specifically do NOT represent or warrant that the Ganescha Services (or any part, feature or Content thereof) are complete, accurate, of any certain quality, reliable or secure in any way, suitable for or compatible with any of your (or your End Users’) contemplated activities, devices, operating systems, browsers, software or tools (or that they will remain as such at any time), or comply with any laws applicable to you or your End Users (including in any jurisdiction in which you operate), or that their operation will be free of any viruses, bugs or other harmful components or program limitations. Moreover, we do NOT endorse any entity, product or service (including any Third Party Services) mentioned on or made available via the Ganescha Services - so please be sure to verify those before using or otherwise engaging them.
